A Simple Agreement

These terms outline the basic ground rules when you work with MS Security (Mega Surveillance Securities). By hiring us for a project or using our services, you're agreeing to these terms. We've kept them straightforward — because we believe trust should be built on clarity, not complexity.

Our Services

MS Security provides the following services across Jamshedpur and surrounding regions:

• CCTV surveillance system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Fire alarm system installation and compliance support.
• Biometric attendance and access control systems.
• Networking and structured cabling solutions.
• Video door phone and intercom systems.
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for all installed systems.

Every project starts with a site survey and consultation. We'll give you a clear quote before any work begins — no hidden charges, no surprises.

Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by MS Security are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary based on site conditions, equipment availability, and project scope. We'll always discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

Installation & Project Timeline

We strive to complete every project on time, but timelines can sometimes shift due to factors like site readiness, weather conditions, or material availability. If there's a delay on our end, we'll keep you informed and work to minimize any inconvenience. We expect the same courtesy regarding site access and approvals from your side.

Warranty & Support

All equipment installed by MS Security comes with the manufacturer's standard warranty. In addition to that:

• We provide a service warranty on our installation work — typically 6 to 12 months depending on the project.
• AMC clients get priority support with faster response times.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, physical impact, water damage, or unauthorized tampering.

Payment Terms

We typically follow a milestone-based payment structure — an advance before the project starts, and the balance upon completion and your satisfaction. Exact payment terms will be mentioned in your quotation. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and cash.

Your Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best results, we need you to:

• Provide accurate information about your site and security requirements.
• Ensure site access for our team during scheduled installation or maintenance visits.
• Inform us of any electrical or structural issues that could affect the installation.
• Not tamper with or modify installed systems without consulting us first.

Cancellation & Refunds

If you need to cancel a project after work has begun, we'll only charge for the work already completed and materials already procured. Any advance paid beyond that will be refunded. We believe in being fair — if something isn't working out, let's talk about it.

Limitation of Liability

While we design and install systems to the highest standards, MS Security cannot be held liable for losses arising from events beyond our control — such as power failures, internet outages, acts of nature, or third-party interference. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our services evolve. When we do, we'll update this page. For ongoing projects, the terms agreed upon at the start of the project will continue to apply.
